We don't just build structures, we build relationships. Grace was founded on the idea that relationships are key to success in the industry. Relationships establish trust and trust builds a cohesive team. It is this team focus approach that sets Grace apart. Not only does Grace view it's employees as a team, but everyone who touches a project. Our employees are encouraged, from the top down, to connect with all members of the project team. It is this personal connection that brings out the best in people and establishes trusting relationships that continue through the ups and downs of the life of a project.
Originally Grace was established as a development company, focused on alignment with developers, to provide seamless leadership through the course of a project. Logically, it made sense to establish a construction division to manage the greatest risk in a project. The establishment of the construction division allowed Grace to bridge the traditional disconnect from the goals of developer to the goals of the contractor so that decisions could be made in the best interest of the project.
Acting as the developer and the contractor exposed the need to manage the procurement of FF&E, equipment, and other key components. To address this need, Grace established a procurement division. The procurement company allowed Grace the ability to take their focus on relationships to a new level with international vendors. These relationships facilitate buying power and consistent delivery of items that are traditionally known to cause delays in the industry.
At Grace, it is our goal to align with developers and provide a seamless delivery of a project. In order to accomplish this, Grace focuses on connecting with people to build relationships and ultimately establish trust amongst all members of a project team. It is this approach that allows Grace to become the ultimate project leader and own the process from start to finish.
