The family-focused care Hospice of Chattanooga provides is rooted in compassion, accountability, communication, enthusiasm, and excellence. With support from our hospice care team-physicians, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains/spiritual care coordinators, certified nursing assistants, and our trained volunteers-our patients and their loved ones experience a full spectrum of compassionate care. In addition to hospice and palliative care, we also offer pediatric and perinatal programs for children facing life-limiting illness. We feature hospice care, pediatric and perinatal hospice programs, volunteer services, disease specific specialty programs for Alzheimer's/dementia, pulmonary disease and cardiac disease, grief counseling services, grief support groups. Through our sister companies, we feature palliative care and home care/sitter services.
