Our PLUS package includes a full visual home inspection, PTP360 Interactive Inspection
Summary (a virtual tour connected to your inspection report, showing concerns in the room
where they appear in the home), Emergency Shut Off Tags, a Seasonal Maintenance Checklist,
and PTPEstimates (a free, local repair and remodel cost estimate service).
Our PREMIUM package includes everything in the PLUS and adds PTPFloorplan (a
dimensionally accurate floor plan of the home with measurements), PTPHomeManual (a
comprehensive home manual app with maintenance information and safety recalls), Infrared
Scanning, and a Lifetime Maintenance Advisory Service.
Our PRESTIGE package includes everything from the PLUS and PREMIUM packages and
adds our Healthy Home Mold and Air Quality Testing (tests for molds and common allergens
present in the home).
We also offer ADD-ON and STANDALONE services like Radon Inspections, Water Quality
