CHI Memorial has been a part of the greater Chattanooga area for more than 65 years. Founded in 1952 by the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth and strengthened as part of Catholic Health Initiatives, CHI Memorial offers a continuum of care including preventative, primary and acute hospital care, as well as cardiac, cancer, orthopedic, imaging, and multitude of other services.
