First Choice Title is a generational, family owned business with over 150 years of combined experience in title insurance and closing services. First Choice was founded in 1995 by Kitty Thompson, with a vision of designing a title company that would truly serve the public. After working with two local title companies for over 14 years, she desired to structure an environment which would allow her more flexibility and control in serving her client's needs.
Over the years, each of Kitty's three daughters (Amber, Shana and Brandi) have joined her team and we have expanded our office to include two locations and 14 team members. Kitty has worked hard to instill the same values and vision in each of our offices, and the same dedication to customer service we opened with in 1995 remains top priority today. Each and every member of our team strives daily to provide quality, personalized service, in an accurate and efficient manner.
