After 15 years of retail sales management, I began my real estate career in 2002. I hired my first Administrative Assistant in 2005 and consistently sold at least one home every week through the mid-2000s. After joining Keller Williams Realty in 2007, I added my first buyer's specialist and began to expand my team. We have experienced double-digit sales increases every year and have grown the business from 11 million in sales in 2011 to 100 million in 2018. The team, in turn, has grown from 3 to over 20. In addition to a successful career, I have twice served as the President of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors. I am a Leadership Team Chairman of St. Mark's Church, as well as chaired or served on the Board of Directors of Cempa, Chambliss Center for Children and Habitat for Humanity.
